Even prior to our move to Randall/StoryPoint, Becky provided very valuable help and information that made our decision must easer. We have counted on her on many occasions to make this transition as smooth as possible. She is very knowledgeable and we are glad to have a wonderful resource to turn to.

My mother was one of the first to move in to Randall. When we came to visit before move in, we were pushing her in a wheel chair and she was making plans to purchase a scooter to get around the building. We are coming up on her one year anniversary and because of proper nutrition and making herself walk every day, her world has improved 1000%. No wheel chair, no scooter, some days-no walker. The staff has taken great care of the needs she had that I couldn’t fully provide for her in her home because of my own family and work schedule. I’m so thankful that she is living at Randall and that I can simply be a daughter again. I’m also extremely appreciative of the staff’s communication when there’s any kind of change in her needs or care (like a change in meds or a need for a medical supply) and for the events they put on to bring all of the families together. This has been a long review, but there’s so much more I can say about this beautiful facility and its wonderful staff. I highly recommend looking into Randall Residence of West Milton if you have a family member in need of assisted living.

My father is at Randall Residence under the care of a wonderful staff who shows respect, grace and love to all the residents. Their camaraderie is genuine. He was first admitted to the Memory Care wing, but the excellent care and therapy helped him to recover miraculously and now lives in the Assisted Living side with little assistance. The facility is filled with special touches that give off the feeling of warmth and home. I would recommend highly Randall Residence for yourself or a loved one.

This is a beautiful community with caring and loving staff. It is such a welcoming environment with fun activities always going on. The staff are all very friendly and provide excellent care.
