Thank you, Randall Residence of TC! Our loved one is taken care of wonderfully. From her physical, medical or personal needs, she’s tenderly and professionally cared for in the best possible ways. Thank you to Shelli, Lori, Mandi, Sonja, Olivia and all staff tending to our mother. Becky and the team at Randall Residence made to move for my mother easy and gave the family comfort in that mom would be taken care of properly. From the information provided, helping us through the process and moving in to the staff taking the time to learn mom's name and going out of their way to seeing that she has what she needs, the staff has been great. It has only been a few days and mom is making friends with the residences. I only hope that when the time comes to move her closer to me, I can find a facility and staff as good as Randall Residence.

I want to say thank you to Randall Residence of Tipp City, particularly Becky who helped us through the process of placing our mom. She was compassionate, helpful and supportive during a very difficult and emotional time for us. Our mom is very happy and enjoying all the socialization and activities that are offered. All the staff I have come across have been helpful and friendly. Thanks so much to all the Randall employees. The Marshall family.

Both my Mother and Father are both residents at Randall and our family can't say enough great things about the facility and staff. Lori the Head Nurse is always there to answer any questions that we as a family my have. My Dad loves to eat,and he can't say enough good things about the food and the quality of care he receives, he always says there is no better place to be then Randall. Highly recommend them!
