I’ve had such a wonderful experience working with the team at New Perspective West Bend. Every staff member I’ve interacted with has been incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely committed to putting their residents first. It’s clear that they truly care about providing compassionate, high-quality care and creating a positive environment for everyone. What stands out most is how personable everyone is. They take the time to build relationships with residents, families, and community partners, and it makes a real difference. It’s always a pleasure working alongside a team that is so dedicated and compassionate. I highly recommend New Perspective West Bend to anyone looking for a community that truly puts people first. Thank you to Bri for managing such a wonderful facility and staff! The residents are truly cared for in this community.

My Mom just moved into New Perspective. Her first experience moving and living in a Senior Community. Everyone here is wonderful. The staff and the residents. So many friendly people. From the minute you walk in the front desk greets you and can direct you to where you need to go. The facility itself is beautiful. Its appearance is warm cozy and very clean. There were residents everywhere enjoying different parts of the amenities available. I met with Abby for a tour on my Moms behalf. I was immediately impressed. Abby is thoughtful caring and will answer any question you might have. She’s extremely knowledgeable. She really goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. She even went up to my Moms room to check on her a few days after move in then texted me with a concern ! Not her position to do that late at night but she took it upon herself to be concerned and so caring. The comfort in knowing your loved one is so cared for is worth so much! I highly recommend Abby for all your needs questions or concerns. Such a delightful human being she is! Placing our parents in housing is such a difficult and emotional experience. Abby took all that worry away for us. There is lots to navigate when starting out living here. But everyone is wonderful and you never have to hesitate to ask for help. The rooms are so spacious and plenty of storage. I especially appreciate the size of each room for placing furniture. My Mom has a walker but can easily navigate around her apartment and around furniture. The entire community around this area is lovely & safe. My Mom even said herself how safe she feels. Getting out for groceries or outings is so easy as there is everything you need right here in town. The elevators and carts in lobby make it easy for all your needs living on the higher floors. If I had to say anything negative it is not really negative but rather disappointing is that the room preparation wasn’t what we expected prior to move in. The painting and carpet cleaning wasn’t done as was stated that it would be. It was VERY clean but nonetheless they didn’t finish preparing it . You pay for that at move in . However we are still waiting to see if they will rectify on their end those services they didn’t complete. The maintenance department had ample time prior to our move in but didn’t do what is stated in lease agreement. My suggestion would to be make sure that is done before moving in. This is my reason for the 4 stars. Be sure to reach out to Abby . She will guide you through the process of all your needs placing your loved ones here at New Perspective with genuine love and concern. She is definitely what would be my 5 star approval. Thank you Abby for helping us through such a difficult time in our Moms life. It has meant so much to me knowing you understood.

My sister and I began our assisted living journey for our parents with New Perspective West Bend based on a referral from a family friend. Although, we did not end up placing our parents there based on their complicated needs, I felt compelled to leave a positive review based on our experience. We worked with Abigail in the admissions office who answered my text promptly and scheduled a meeting with us the same week. I cannot say enough amazing things about Abigail. She was a Godsend in our time of need when we were thrust into the senior living process when our parents fell ill. She listened, answered every question and gave genuine compassion to our situation. It was so comforting in our time of need when our world felt like it was spiraling out of control. She gave us a wonderful tour of the facility and everything New Perspective had to offer. It felt like home there. I wish we could've placed our parents with New Perspective, but it wasn't meant to be. We had to seek a facility with a higher level of care due to my parents' declining health. I highly recommend anyone seeking senior living for themselves or a loved one to consider sitting down with Abigail and learning what New Perspective has to offer. She is an amazing person who truly cares about people and their families. She still reaches out to me to check in how our parents are doing and how she keeps our family in her thoughts and prayers. She is genuinely a lovely human being and the perfect person to represent what New Perspective has to offer. Thank you Abigail for going above and beyond for the elderly who often need a voice and guidance as they age. Our family will forever be truly grateful for your kindness!

We were very excited to meet with Abigail. We were setting up a tour with our Mother who is 90 yrs old. Abigail was very kind, welcoming, perky, and informative complete with her bunny ears. She was very engaged with our many questions and answered them in full detail. We loved the facility and everything it had to offer. We left with a relief and a happy Mother. You can feel that Abigail loves her job and this is her true calling. Mark & Dawn Puerling
