Charter Senior Living of West Bend has been nothing short of an absolute blessing for my mother and our family. The facility is beautiful and the food is very good. Most importantly, the staff is outstanding. Kamini, Ivy, Maria and the rest of the team are fabulous. They are very committed to their jobs and treat the residents as if they were their own family. Having mom living at Charter has given my sisters and me piece of mind that she is in a safe place with very enjoyable surroundings.

Prorated charges for room from the date I signed the lease agreement even though didn't move in until 5 days later. management is overwhelmed and not very responsive to concerning issues.
