Melissa was very helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating showing us the facility for my mom. Staying late to show the facility after I got off work. Read before you send your loved one here: my loved one lived here for 3 months and their health has drastically declined under their care. The NP completely changed their med list and the added medication made them aggressive. The assistant director was always insisting on a stay in a psychiatric hospital instead of medical evaluation. When they made the last demand for a psych stay to curb there ‘behaviors’, we decided to have them medically evaluated at the Hospital instead. They were diagnosed with severe dehydration, C-Diff, Colitis, a UTI, a bladder infection, a rectal infection that had to be surgically evacuated and a new stroke that they missed because they kept sedating them instead of providing proper care for them. The combination of illnesses caused there behaviors. If your loved one is prone to medical issues, avoid this facility!

My husband and I were looking for a community for my mother in law who has Parkinson’s and in need of quite a bit of care. From the very start, the sales director, Melissa put our minds at ease and answered all of our questions thoroughly. The community is beautiful, the residents and employees looked happy. We knew this was the place for Mom. Since moving in, Kelly, the executive director and all of the leadership team have been attentive and nurturing. We feel very fortunate to have found Provision Living. We can rest easy knowing mom is happy and being taken care of. Thank you, thank you!
