Monarch Landing community has met my needs over and above expectation. With various floor plans to choose from, my apartment selection process was easy. I find Monarch to be a vibrant, active community, committees to serve on giving feedback to management, various clubs where I share and expand my interest with others. Management listens to committee suggestions, in filling requests and needs of residents. My home!

Our every expectation for life at Monarch Landing has been met, even exceeded.Our move almost two months ago was trouble free. The newly renovated apartment has had no problems and is a pleasant comfortable home. The facilities and services of Monarch Landing are exceptional, as are the staff and management who are readily accessible and responsive. Our fellow residents are friendly, welcoming and interesting. We have had no cause to regret our move.

We landed at Monarch Landing five months ago. We’re very satisfied with our decision. Moving was quite a challenge after living the last 35 years in a four bedroom home in Lisle. Last night was nostalgic, we hosted three couples from our neighborhood for dinner. They wanted to know all about Monarch Landing and we were proud to show them around and tell them about our experience. What we love most about our new home is the friendliness of the residence and staff, the beauty of the environment, access to the Prairie path, the swimming pool and delicious meals. The move was made much easier because we contracted with “Downsizing By Design“ to layout our floor plan, decide what furniture to take and pack up everything. Then, on the day of our move, they unpacked all of our boxes, organized the kitchen and the bathrooms and even made our bed. We were able to customize our apartment, turning a two bedroom, two bath apartment into a one bedroom, 1 1/2 bath apartment Thereby gaining a much larger living room/study and extra storage in the hallway bathroom originally occupied by a bathtub. Now we’re feeling pretty settled, but still finding new things to do and places to go. There’s so much of interest here!

Rain? Snow? Freezing cold? At Monarch Landing I never have to fight the elements. I just have to walk out my apartment door to find friends, activities, entertainment, and good food all under one roof. If I need tech help, repairs, medical support, it's all here. Life is so easy at Monarch.
