Storypoint Medina has been a home for my Mom for the past two and a half years. I cannot say enough good things about this senor living facility and the people who work there. Storypoint Medina has a large number of activities available to keep residents active. The meals are great, and they offer a good level of variety. There are even regular events where family are encouraged to join. Resident apartments are modern, clean, bright and roomy. Storypoint Medina is also pet friendly, which works out great for my Mom. I would like to offer our family's many thanks to Laural, Michelle, Christina, Alisa, Nikki, Lauren, Candise, Kendra, Alli, Andy, and all of the other staff that I am forgetting but have so diligently looked after my Mom in such a dedicated manner.

My mom and I had a wonderful experience getting her situated and moved in from across the state. Everyone was welcoming, understanding, and answered our questions and concerns. The facilities were nice and felt very modern. We chose to move forward with them and so far everything has been great!

I came out for an interview and Michelle dodds left me sitting in the lobby for 35 minutes nacre came out to get me had me waste my time and gas to come here an to no avail I got up an left I think this was very unprofessional on her end…and the receptionist Alesia has a terrible attitude she didn’t care about me sitting out there in that lobby…what a Terrible place an terrible people …
