Last night, as I moved my godfather‘s belongings into his new room, I was so nervous about our decision. I thought I could provide everything he needed in his apartment, but that wasn’t the case. He needed the care and security that Vitalia offers. So as I was leaving After midnight, I spoke with the nurse in charge. She was kind and compassionate, and offered me practical advice that eased my mind and shifted my perspective. When I brought him in today, he sat in the lovely dining room and ordered his meal for lunch. He ate every morsel. I explained that he was welcome for breakfast, lunch, and dinner each and every day. He could not believe that this kind of food would be available to him daily. We saw other residents enjoying conversation with each other or sitting on their own. The staff was in and out of the room while addressing residence by their name and connecting on things that were important to them. My father was made to feel welcome. The staff was incredibly helpful with his move-in process. I am so grateful.

We lost our mom/wife a few months ago and the transition to Vitalia has been seamless for my father. He has made new friends and is comforted by the facility and staff. I find relief that his comfort and happiness have been met. This transition can be difficult, but my dad has his autonomy and access to food/fun and new friends. Thank You Vitalia!

I visited Vitalia Assited Living while waiting for a client on a Saturday morning, during breakfast. I waited in the lobby for my client for about 20 mins. In that time, I witnessed food service staff, direct care staff, and activities staff interact with the residents in the dining room. Everyone is so kind, patient, and professional. The facility is extremely clean and feels like a well appointed resort. It is rare to see this kind of service, let alone on a weekend! I transport a wide variety of clientele, and will be sure to suggest Vitalia Montrose AL!

If you want your loved ones in a place where they are truly cared about and have a plethora of social activities and services at their doorstep, check out Vitalia Montrose. The care, concern, and kindness that John and Jessica extended to my parents and our family is very rare these days - you can visibly tell that they are invested in their mission to provide a loving, caring, and dignified community for seniors. They definitely prioritize people over business - very refreshing to experience and so grateful for their kindness. ❤️
