We’ve had a great experience with StoryPoint Fort Wayne West. The community has gone through many recent upgrades and improvements, and it really shows in the overall atmosphere and care being put into the property. The maintenance team, especially the maintenance director, deserves a lot of recognition for the hard work, responsiveness, and pride they take in keeping everything running smoothly and looking great. It’s clear they truly care about the residents and the community as a whole. Overall, a welcoming senior living community with a staff that works hard to continually improve the experience for everyone.

Beware and do NOT be fooled by their initial kindness and concern for your “loved one”. It’s a smoke screen to lure you in! Little to NO communication regarding care after you’ve sign the contract and leave your loved one behind. My Aunt laid on the floor of her apartment bathroom this January for 15 minutes after a fall and then spent another 30 plus minutes crawling to her front door to reach up and open the entry door and lay there until two other residents walking by actually helped her. I brought her home in May of this year and still haven’t heard from ANYONE regarding her vacate, prorated refund due per their contract, or overall concern of feedback about her stay of 20 months. They don’t care about you or your “loved one”! Just your money!!

First time visiting StoryPoint and had a great experience. The community is clean, well-maintained, and has a very welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk in. The staff is friendly, attentive, and genuinely seems to care about the residents, which makes a big difference. The activities and amenities offered are well thought out and provide plenty of opportunities for residents to stay engaged and social. Overall, it’s clear that a lot of effort goes into creating a comfortable and supportive environment. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a senior living community in the Fort Wayne area.

Beautiful facility, SUPER clean and elegant, and the best quality of care. Can provide assistance levels of all kinds for your loved one. It is an age in place facility so you never have to worry about moving your loved one if they decline. Plenty of activities and a lively community
