My Grandma just recently moved into this facility. I was astonished at how beautiful the building is. The host did tell me it's only a couple years old. But from the kitchens on both levels, to the light fixtures, and the paintings on the wall, everything is remarkable. Staff was friendly as well.

Story Point in Findlay, Ohio is a wonderful community. The staff and management are extremely welcoming and friendly from the moment you walk in. The facility is always beautiful, well-maintained, and very clean. The residents appeared happy and truly enjoying their living quarters, which really speaks volumes about the care and environment provided. It’s clear that a lot of pride and compassion go into making this a great place to live and work.

From the moment you walk through the doors, you can feel how welcoming and friendly the staff are. They go above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable and treat you like family. There are always good laughs, warm smiles, hot coffee, & of course, full bellies Clearly that the staff genuinely care about the residents and it’s important to them that they create a place that feels like home. The kindness, compassion in the atmosphere there, makes this a truly special place. You can tell that the people here aren’t just doing a job. they’re making a difference in the lives of the residents every day.

*** WARNING**** My Grandparents signed a "Lifetime Contract" with Provision. They loved the space, the people, the food, and care my grandma was receiving in memory care. Now a year later, Story Point is gutting their services to save a penny. The friendly service is gone and the food is terrible with smaller servings (On BBQ rib day the residents were served 1 pork rib). The worst part is, Story Point demanding a new contract which is $900 extra per month on his already stretched income. So much for "Lifetime Contract"... My Grandpa and several other residents are being high pressured into signing new contracts or leave, knowing some of them have no other options. Needless to say, we are now in the process of moving my grandpa to another location to escape this place. The facility looks welcoming, but don't believe the fake smiles and old reviews!
