Review for StoryPoint East Lansing: My experience with StoryPoint East Lansing was extremely disappointing. Katie was friendly and responsive before move-in, but once my grandmother moved in, all communication stopped. We were given multiple false promises about the care and support my grandmother would receive. Unfortunately, the facility could not properly assist someone who needed help with daily activities. My grandmother fell multiple times — four times in just a week and a half — and during one fall, her emergency call button (provided by StoryPoint) hadn’t even been activated. She was left on the ground for several hours before receiving help. After she was hospitalized, StoryPoint still withdrew over $1,500 for her care, even though she wasn’t there. It took more than 60 days and many follow-up messages to finally get that money refunded. I have many pictures of a very unclean environment. She went to the hospital in June and in Oct apt was NEVER once cleaned she wasn’t there so no reason why it wasn’t done. I would not recommend StoryPoint East Lansing. Do not move your loved one here.

The food is horrible. One main meal and an alternative which is sloppy joes or a sandwich. No real compassion words the ones who need it. To them it’s all about the money. For what they pay they should be treated better. Trips are cancelled due to no staff. They are prisoners paying a high price! Don’t waste your money or time! Horrible place.

StoryPoint is where I live and I have to say our chief Sarra is the most hard working person I know as is Logan and and the staff. They go above and beyond.
