I truly love working with the staff and families at Story Point Cordova. Over the past six months, changes within the administration and staff have been very positive, and it’s clear the directors are always striving to improve the community. The Director of Nursing, Janelle, and the Activities Director, Jessica, are highly involved with residents and families and consistently go above and beyond to ensure compassionate, high-quality care is delivered. The entire team is committed to doing what is right for every resident—something that can be increasingly rare today. The memory care staff work tirelessly to keep residents safe, happy, and meaningfully engaged in activities. While no place is flawless, the staff at Story Point Cordova genuinely love and care about the residents they serve. Communication and coordination of care are seamless, with directors and nurses who are accessible, responsive, and supportive.

My parents have lived at StoryPoint Cordova for two years now and we appreciate all that the team does to care for them. From the receptionist to the dining room to the care partners, everyone is friendly and attentive to their needs. The nursing staff is excellent, providing great care and concern for my parents. We know they are well taken care of and are happy living there.

We enjoyed seeing the many amenities such as the pool, workout area, hair salon, dining areas and outdoor areas. Our guide, Mamie, was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Apartments were well designed with everything one would need. Seeing the advanced care facility was also helpful. Overall, an enjoyable tour.

Wonderful community with caring staff. From The receptionist to the nurses and room care attendants, everyone is so kind and they take great pride in the care they give! Truly one of a kind place to live!
