American House Bartlett

My son and I met with Rochell to have a look at the facility for my aging sister. I didn't know what to expect, since this was my first experience considering assisted living. Rochell was delightful. She made us feel at ease right from the start. She took us around, answered all of our questions, and even had a lot of thought provoking questions for us to consider regarding the best plans for my sister. The facility is very clean, pleasant, larger than it looks from the outside, and the apartments are very nice. The dining room was spacious and the daily menus looked very healthy, tasty and well thought out. Thank you Rochell for making a difficult first step less intimidating and actually very pleasant.

Great staff, they really care about the residents. Facility is well maintained. Dining room is welcoming and the food is nutritious and delicious.

We are Drivin’ Sideways Duo and we perform live music twice a month at American House. The residents have become like extended family to us as well as the staff. Miss Linda, activity director, makes it a party and lots of fun dancing when we are there. A great place for your love one.

I was impressed with the clean and spacious 1 bedroom apartment for my father. The pricing was good and competitive with the local market. Tindall Hutchinson was very friendly and very knowledgeable with my tour. On 12/12/2025. I think my Dad will like the home.
