I continue to be impressed and pleased with the quality of the staff. They give such amazing care to our mother who at 106 is enjoying life to the max. Amy and her entire team make the difference. As of 8/18/2025 An update as our mom is rounding the corner to 108. Vista Springs Quail Highlands continues to provide elegant, kind, compassionate and professional services to her. Each day, we are convinced that we made the absolute best decision to insure our mom leads a wonderful life in safe and beautiful surroundings with long term staff that she knows and loves. She has many friends, and being of sound mind, has lots of activities to keep her intellect stimulated. Music, arts, spirituality are ever present. As we know, living well in old age takes money, and Amy and her staff have provided proactive suggestions to help conserve assets. We love visiting her there and feel right at home ourselves.

It is a lovely place and the staff was so helpful and knew every person without having to look anything up. It made us feel confident in our loved ones care!

The staff is so unbelievably happy and wonderful. We are so happy that Dad is in a comfortable and warm situation. He attends so many events but if he were in his own home he’d be lonely! This place is 5 stars and we love it!!!

Have a friend there. Like alot of places, staff is combo of those that care and do a good job and some that do not. No consistency. Menu tends to be very heavy on pasta and chicken. Seniors need protein and variety and homecooked meals not prepared frozen stuff full of preservatives or salt and chemicals. Food in general also not really for diabetics or heart patients. They do have one good chef. Food served also tends to be too trendy and spicy . Not enough desserts to go around, Snacks in the front area like the kitchen are locked up because of stealing.... and not by residents either who pay for that. Maybe a snack cart or two could go around or they could have a snack time in the dining area. Parking for guests is very limited and the half moon parking is not lined out and you have to jump a curb to get in... Price is however reasonable compared to other places I have seen for what you are getting.
