This assisted living community truly stands out. It’s a newer facility that feels fresh, modern, and beautifully designed both inside and out. The spaces are welcoming and well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment for residents and visitors alike. The amenities are a highlight—especially the on-site movie theater, which adds a fun and social element to daily life. Its location is also a major plus, making it convenient for families to visit and for residents to stay connected to the surrounding community. Overall, it’s a wonderful place that combines comfort, style, and thoughtful features.

My father moved into CopperWood Memory Care and lived there for 8 months. We were put into a situation that required a very quick decision and to find Memory Care with open space and incredible staff, not an easy task! We were so happy with the care he received, the staff is wonderful and we never had concern. And there were some difficult moments!! Thank you to CopperWood, who later turned into StoryPoint for the compassion, understanding, care and patience you delivered. We are most grateful for a facility like this during an already difficult chapter.

I found this place to be very beautiful very well kept and very clean and the people seemed very happy. Their art studio and their greenhouse were awesome and the gentleman that gave me the tour was very special. He’s a great employee and everybody seems to like him, it would definitely be a place that I would love to live. The only thing it lacks is balconies off of each apartment and maybe bigger walk-in closets but that’s only because I like big closets and that’s just a personal thing but other than that it is a beautiful campus.

I am so thankful for CopperWood - the facilities and staff are amazing! When I originally visted CopperWood, I knew within minutes that this was where I wanted my father to be. The process of relocating my dad from Florida to Iowa was daunting, but the staff was so incredibly helpful and patient with me, answering all my questions, allowing me to visit multiple times to choose the perfect apartment. The building and grounds are beautiful, and the public spaces are fantastic for encouraging social interaction. The staff always greet me with a hello and a smile and it doesn't go unnoticed that my dad is always greeted cheerfully and by name. Activities are fun and plentiful for those residents who want to take advantage of social opportunities. It fills me with peace, knowing my dad is at CopperWood.
