My dad is a resident of Stone Creek and absolutely loves it there. The facility is beautifully maintained, is sparkling clean at all times, and is located in a lovely neighborhood with a great park across the street. The activities are top notch and my dad stays entertained and active. The residents are wonderful and there is friendship, community, and support. Most importantly, the team is exceptional. Robb, Susie, Janice, Carol, Carmen, and the rest of the staff are experienced, engaged, kind, and empathetic. My dad is so well cared for emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually. We could not be more grateful for the wonderful experience he’s having at Stone Creek. ❤️

I can’t say enough amazing things about this community! Everyone from the management / directors , kitchen staff, house keeping, front office and The Care staff and activities are absolutely incredible! The care staff are patient, compassionate and so loving! Seeing the level of care that the staff here provide to the residents makes me so grateful our loved one moved here! ! Residents are treated with dignity, respect, and above all else kindness! I currently assist in private care for a resident, who is a very close friend of mine, and she started in AL and Recently moved over to memory care, and both sides have been a great experience. The memory care exceeded my expectations! I have worked in memory care for many years, and Stone Creek of Littleton is by far my favorite location I’ve been in and worked with! I have enjoyed how comforting MC has been for my little Lady, and how much she has began to thrive since moving over here! The care, the activities, the overall environment have been wonderful! I wish more people stayed open minded to memory care, and actually checked it out for their loved ones when the time comes, because it can be such an incredible experience, and such a positive decision to enhance their quality of life! Stone Creek Memory Care, what would we do without you? Moving over to MC has been such a game changer to seeing our loved one thrive and find her place again! ( JAZALYN, MARIA, BELLA, RENEE ) some of the best Qmaps/ caregivers I’ve seen in this field, and total assets in our community! Angelika is an angel, and literally is the heart in memory care! The activities planned are so engaging, and Angelika is so great at engaging seniors to want to participate , and brings so much happiness and excitement to each resident! The time invested in each person is truly beautiful! It’s like a family back there, and it sets such a high standard for senior care! What a great team in MC!!!

Even a tiny light makes a difference in the darkness. Moving parents into Assisted Living and Memory Care can feel like an incredibly dark and trying time. Preceded by hospital and rehab stays and followed by an onslaught of new responsibilities (taking over finances, coordinating decisions with other family members, packing up a home of 30+ years, juggling appointments, navigating insurance, etc.). Add into all of that, facing the sudden and unexpected loss of one parent, before the dust of transition had fully settled. The past 6 months have been a doozy, to put it mildly! Stone Creek has not just been a tiny light but multiple dazzling floodlights, surrounding us with support, engulfing us in love, and making a difficult time SO much easier. In early January, when it became apparent that this move was necessary (whether we were ready for it or not!), we set out on a whirlwind week, touring several wonderful local facilities. Stone Creek was the cream that quickly rose to the top. The common areas are spacious and the decor is beautiful (offering a welcome mix of artistic and outdoorsy). The design is brilliant, especially in Memory Care, ensuring that our father is never off on his own, wandering down lonely hallways. The facilities are well maintained and always sparkling clean. Maintenance needs are quickly attended to. The programming is fun and creative, offering plenty of social interaction and encouraging family engagement. It is even 'furry friend friendly' and there are plenty of comfortable outdoor areas to enjoy as well. All of those incredible things aside, it is THE STAFF who take Stone Creek to the next level. From our first five minutes with Robb, I was already sold! He offered us the encouragement we needed, took the time to understand our concerns, and worked with our circumstances to make the transition as smooth as possible. He is incredibly busy, but not too busy to interact with the residents in a fun and loving way. That connection, day in and day out, is something that he clearly takes great delight in, as do the residents! There aren't enough words to communicate what a blessing Angelica (Memory Care director) has been. The way she pours her heart, soul and boundless energy into the care and nurture of each resident, is priceless. She is constantly looking for ways to make things even better. She's gone the extra mile on numerous occasions with our father - finding ways to speak to his heart and make those parts of him that are buried deep inside come alive. Her very presence helps to ground him and set him at ease. The entire memory care staff has made him feel loved, cared for and 'at home' right from the start. They are regularly joking with him and have him moving around, playing games, crafting, painting, creating, reading, smiling, laughing, eating (his favorite!!) and even dancing! I thought I was thankful for that BEFORE my stepmom died suddenly a few months ago. Had that safety net not already been in place for him, losing his wife of almost 32 years might have left him in emotional quicksand far too difficult to survive. The love and support they have shown him (and us!) has made a world of difference. In her short time at Stone Creek, my stepmom was surrounded by wonderful new friends and sweet, caring staff. She ate delicious food (prepared by someone else!), went on several outings and was excited about various onsite activities (exercise class and jewelry making were two of her favorites). She received excellent therapy, which allowed her to regain her strength and balance after a few difficult months. She was able to offer input about building an even better community and her ideas were heard and valued. I will not manage to name them all, but Ashley, Robert, Carmen, Susie, Renee, Luz, Bella, Joseph, Janice and Ginny all come to mind as additional parts of the beautiful army of loving souls at Stone Creek of Littleton, who are making life better - one smile, one hug, one interaction at a time. Thank you!

I am a resident here as of recently. I can say that I love it here for 3 reasons. One- the people are so Supportive and enthused about this place and having me here. 2- I was able to make friends quickly with the other residents and the staff. And lastly, I love my apartment and how my daughter helped decorate it. I had a lot of fun putting it together and its a showcase. We looked at 9 places, and there is a freedom here at Stone Creek that I appreciate. I would recommend Stone Creek.
