Our family can't say enough great things about Liberty Heights. My parents moved here from out of state and lived at Liberty Heights for 11 months. The residents were welcoming and loving, the views great, and location excellent for exterior appointments. The reason for leaving was Dad moved to Heaven and mom wanted to be near us after that, in another state. The entire staff was a huge factor in a successful and supportive living environment for my parents. The staff was friendly and always had positive attitudes and kindness in every department from the office, to wait staff, maintenance and security. We were continually impressed with the service oriented attitude of them all. The food was great too, my parents really enjoyed their time there. I would HIGHLY recommend Liberty Heights for any senior.

There is a young man his name is Isaac. I asked him his name. I believe his last name was Ortega I heard .. He very very polite to my wife and I. He had great customer service. I got lost when I got to the gate and he was able to explain where to go.. I would love to see employees like this in the future because the last time there was a girl in the front she was very rude. This young man deserves a recognition. He’s very very polite and always has a smile on his face.. I asked him if he had kids and he said he was a single dad of two beautiful daughters. I think that’s commendable of this young man and the company to really encourage and help young men like this to support their children. You guys are very lucky to have this young man. The last time I didn’t even wanted go to the gate because the girl was very rude.

The tour was great. I would have liked to have seen an apartment but there were none available. The renovations were very nice. I look forward to continued contact as I explore an independent living situation for myself.
