Our family has been extremely pleased with the care my mother receives at Stonebridge. From day one, the staff has treated her with dignity, patience, and genuine compassion. The staff is attentive and responsive, and they keep us informed about my mom’s care and well-being. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and welcoming, which gives us peace of mind knowing she is in a safe environment. We are very grateful for the team here and would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a place where their loved one will be treated with professionalism, compassion, and respect.

The care that my mother received at Stonebridge was exceptional. Their leadership team was always available to answer my questions, discuss my mom's care and challenges, and just lend a shoulder to cry on. I felt that my mom's care and comfort were their priority, which was so reassuring to me during a time of self-doubt and uncertainty. Their Memory Care staff was well-trained in taking care of my mom, who had both dementia and mobility issues. They were proactive, respectful, and thoughtful in caring for my mom. If you have a family member who needs memory care, I highly recommend Stonebridge.

We struggled when it was time to find a safe place for mom. Stonebridge was hands down the right fit for us. The staff are receptive and truly care about the residents, they are more of family than residents. When we had any questions, regardless of the time of day, staff were happy to answer. Stonebridge has been great to deal with and we know we made the right choice.

When I toured the facility, I knew this is where my mom needed to be. My mom was a respite patient for just over a month and from the day she arrived to the day she left to go back home, the care and attention she received was wonderful. We so appreciated Jennie for all her help , determination and her wonderful personality to Jennifer keeping an eye on my moms overall health. The PT/OT team who helped my mom on a daily basis were wonderful. The entire staff was friendly always taking time to say hello, and make sure everything was going good. My only suggestion would be get more help in the dining room with servers, they work so hard getting everyone taken care of a 3rd or 4th person would help them out a lot.
