Our family has been extremely pleased with the care my mother receives at Stonebridge. From day one, the staff has treated her with dignity, patience, and genuine compassion. The staff is attentive and responsive, and they keep us informed about my mom’s care and well-being. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and welcoming, which gives us peace of mind knowing she is in a safe environment. The care that my mother received at Stonebridge was exceptional. Their leadership team was always available to answer my questions, discuss my mom's care and challenges, and just lend a shoulder to cry on. I felt that my mom's care and comfort were their priority, which was so reassuring to me during a time of self-doubt and uncertainty. Their Memory Care staff was well-trained in taking care of my mom, who had both dementia and mobility issues. They were proactive, respectful, and thoughtful in caring for my mom. If you have a family member who needs memory care, I highly recommend Stonebridge.

I was tasked with finding a memory care facility for our mom. When I went to Stonebridge and did the initial tour it immediately felt like family. Kayla answered all my silly questions and took the time to explain the type of care offered. Jennie made the move in seamless. We had to arrange for my mom to get moved in over the weekend. Jennie was off but you would have never known. She took the time to explains all documents and they facilitated a move that was absolutely flawless. Jennifer is absolutely amazing. She takes the time to listen to our family and provides guidance on how we can help mom adjust and get comfortable. Jennifer truly cares about our mom and it shows in the care our mom receives. The facility is always clean. You are greeted everytime you walk in the door with a smile. You can visit any time day or night which was a big sell for me. We can take mom out to dinner, and bring her to all the family events. I struggled emotionally with finding a place for our mom. I toured several places before Stonebridge. I can say with 100% certainty that Stonebridge not only provides care for your loved one but they understand the family is affected too. They have monthly support groups for family members that may be struggling. I have been so impressed with the overall care for our family.

We struggled when it was time to find a safe place for mom. Stonebridge was hands down the right fit for us. The staff are receptive and truly care about the residents, they are more of family than residents. When we had any questions, regardless of the time of day, staff were happy to answer. Stonebridge has been great to deal with and we know we made the right choice.
