When I toured the facility, I knew this is where my mom needed to be. My mom was a respite patient for just over a month and from the day she arrived to the day she left to go back home, the care and attention she received was wonderful. We so appreciated Jennie for all her help , determination and her wonderful personality to Jennifer keeping an eye on my moms overall health. The PT/OT team who helped my mom on a daily basis were wonderful. The entire staff was friendly always taking time to say hello, and make sure everything was going good. My only suggestion would be get more help in the dining room with servers, they work so hard getting everyone taken care of a 3rd or 4th person would help them out a lot.

My dad has been living here for about a 1.5 months now. He is loving it. The staff is very attentive and accommodating. He has made some great friends, loves the meals, and raves about the activities that they have planned daily. The seniors have structure here and a bustling social life - if they choose to. My dad cannot say enough good things, and as family - neither can we! We are so blessed to have found Stonebridge for his new home.

I would highly recommend Bridgestone to anyone who is looking for a quality, caring assisted living facility. Jennie was our first point of contact and she was kind and caring and individualized our experience. She greeted me personally every time I saw her and it was apparent she cared about the residents and making the transition to assisted living easier. Jennifer the nurses was amazing as well and had great insight into medical needs. All of the daily caregivers were professional and reliable and treated my mom with care and dignity. I looked at several facilities when my mom was needing to move from independent living to assisted living and Stonebridge was the most like being in a home environment only with a sense of community and with an incredible, knowledgeable and supportive staff! I can’t say enough positive things about our experience there.

The Stonebridge staff are an extremely professional care team and has the best management a family could ask for (which is almost unheard of in this industry)!! They have a well oiled staff that support each other and every single member of their community. The care team are very well tuned with the needs of their members and we are extremely happy with the level of care our dad has received. We searched for a community for 9 months and we absolutely picked the right one. I highly recommend it as your loved one is in the right hands at Stonebridge!
