Very nice, home-like independent living community. The atmosphere is warm, comfortable, and welcoming. The staff are friendly and caring, and the residents seem happy and well cared for. Ciel is building a good team in Arvada and working on providing the best care to keep people in place as long as possible. They have done a good job with the transition so far and are bringing in a physical therapy team to help keep the residents strong and vibrant.

My mom has been a resident for almost 2 years. This was the best move that we could have made… From the day we arrived Mom was not only greeted by a wonderful “staff” (more like family) but the residents welcomed her immediately and made her feel included in the community. Both the building and the grounds of Brookdale are always being tended too and the inside is so very clean and welcoming. Mom has a 1 bedroom apartment which is the perfect size, housekeeping comes once a week and if anything happens, maintenance is always on site. Mom goes to the dining room for meals and it is a great time to visit friends. One thing that I appreciate and want to acknowledge is the dining room staff. Each “server” truly listens to the resident and is patient. There are quite a few young adults working here and they are so very kind and respectful…not a quality you always find these days. There are many activities to enjoy if you choose. You will definitely appreciate the high standards of those who are part of Brookdale Meridian Arvada!
