My stepmom has lived there about a year. It's been a relief that my wife and her sisters can finally relax. The staff has been very patient with her. It's a nice place to visit. Jennifer is nice too, she helped with the move in and still answers alot of our questions.

My Father has been at Sterling Inn for 5 years and Sterling Commons for the past 2 years as his Dementia/Alzheimer’s has increased and he needs more care. I do visit him 3 times a week and one of my brothers visits 2 times. He is always well taken care of and happy. Everyone knows my dads name and he is just content with Sterling Commons, which makes me feel at ease.

Our mother has been in Sterling Commons Memory Care now for 5 years. She's 100 years old and wheelchair bound. She is happy whenever we see her. She is clean and smells clean. She requires complete care at this point and it is provided with a smile and they really care about her. They are always open to anything we are concerned about and take care of it. We can't honestly think of any other place that she would get the care she gets here.

I visit Sterling Commons as a vendor for hospice. Every interaction on the property is always a very pleasant experience. From the moment I enter the driveway the landscaping is always very well maintained offering a park life feeling. Upon entering the front door, friendly staff give a warm welcome. There is never a lack of friendly interactions by all staff when walking the center. The center is always sparkling clean. There is never a feeling of doubt or despair, the decor is bright but also calming. All things are well maintained and look like a place I would want to live. The staff here are top notch. You can tell everyone truly cares for the residents and have a passion in making a difference in the lives of the residents. As a vendor, I visit a lot of different places, but Sterling Commons is by far one of my favorites because the staff is so friendly, the facility is well maintained, but most importantly the patients are cared for with exceptional standards of quality of care. Patients look happy, are well kept, and their dignity is maintained by some of the best caretakers in the High Desert area. Well done Sterling Commons, you are leading by example and providing memory patients with the very best care one could wish for.
