We just helped our Aunt move into Arbor Terrace and the staff made her transition so easy. The rooms are large and well cared for. The common areas are immaculate and always have residents gathering together. The dining area is a real dining experience with lovely decor and the most appetizing menu variety. There are plentiful amenities with active resident participation. The staff are incredible right from the friendly greeting from the front desk. They quickly learn everyone’s names and take the time to interact with everyone. We live in Canada but, are very reassured that our Aunt will receive the very best care. Thank you for the peace of mind and for caring for our seniors.

I can’t express my gratitude to all at Arbor Terrace. The staff are amazing, attentive and passionate in their care. My sister has been in the Memory Care unit for over a year. She is loved and cared for by all. And a special shout out to Ernest and Tamika who provide the daily entertainment for all with care, laughter and joy. The nurses are all amazing too! I highly recommend you check it out if you’re looking for a quality ALF that is beautiful and clean!

My mother has been living at this facility for the past few months and I appreciate the care and support she receives. From the first time I walked in I felt that this was the one. With the help of Mandy and Musi which made it so very easy for the transition. With all the support and patience they both gave. The staff are kind, patient, and genuinely attentive to the residents’ needs. They treat my mom with dignity and respect, which gives our family great peace of mind. Have to give a big shout out to Rosette I see her almost everyday and she’s the best and not only with my mom, but everyone there. The environment is clean, welcoming, and comfortable, and it’s clear that the staff work hard to make residents feel at home. Communication has been good, and whenever I have questions or concerns, they are addressed professionally. I’m very grateful for the compassion and dedication shown to my mother, and I would recommend this facility to other families looking for a safe and caring place for their loved ones.

I recently visited Arbor Terrace and was so impressed. Parking was easy, the lobby was beautiful, community felt warm and welcoming. The residents were friendly, the apartments were spotless, and the activities looked fun and engaging. The tour was personal and informative. Musi and Nandy are such wonderful ladies who care deeply and are experts on what they do. I highly recommend stopping by if you’re looking for assisted living or memory care. Thank you again for such a lovely visit!
