The facility itself is beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully designed with the needs of seniors in mind. There are so many engaging activities, wellness programs, and social opportunities that keep residents active, happy, and connected. Whether it’s the delicious meals, the attentive medical support, or the friendly atmosphere, everything here is top-notch. As someone who has spent time with residents and seen the incredible work the staff puts into creating a safe and loving environment, I can confidently say that Arbor Terrace Cooper City is more than just a senior living facility—it’s a true home.

The community itself is spotless and beautifully maintained. It has a welcoming, peaceful atmosphere where everyone—staff, residents, and visitors—is friendly and respectful. You can tell there’s a lot of care put into both the environment and the people who live here. It’s clear that Arbor Terrace runs a top-notch operation, and I truly appreciate the dedication and heart that goes into making this place feel like home. Highly recommended!

It can be quite stressful deciding on the right facility to place your loved one. I toured several facilities when choosing a place for my mom, who was understandably reluctant to leave her home (that she had shared with my father before his passing) of over 50 years. There was only one place where I felt comfortable and confident that my mother would be well cared for and that was Arbor Terrace Cooper City. I truly believe the staff at Arbor Terrace are exceptional in their skill, dedication and genuine compassion for their residents. Our initial contact with Arbor Terrace was with Nandy and Musi, two of the warmest people you could ever meet. They answered all our questions, provided moving advice and assisted with this difficult transition. The front desk staff, notably Evangeline and Terri Ann, are so helpful and always greet you with a smile. I feel Jamie is a true advocate for her residents and always responds to concerns promptly and helps identify solutions to any issues that arise. Nurse Teresa has gone above and beyond to help my mom as well. My mom ADORES the caretakers that help her each day with cleaning, showering, medication and they truly care for her like family. In addition, she loves the wait staff and the chef in the dining room. They offer lots of daily activities for residents (unfortunately my mom doesn’t choose to participate in many of them). Her one bedroom apartment is a nice size, with lots of storage. The decor (cabinetry and flooring) could use an update but it is clean and functional. My mom has been living there for one year now and the adjustment was so much smoother than expected! My mom is so happy we made the decision to select Arbor Terrace and the peace of mind I have knowing she is so well cared for means the world.

An excellent facility for my Great Aunt. She is deaf and they treat her like royalty and show her so much kindness. The place is clean and up to date. One of the best places in South Florida to trust with your loved one's care. Evangeline at the front desk is so kind and welcoming at the front desk and always has a smile on her face when you enter.
