⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ As a hospice liaison, I truly enjoy collaborating with the team at St. Mary’s Health Center. The facility is beautiful, the environment is warm and welcoming, and the staff are always professional, compassionate, and attentive to their residents and families. I was also served an amazing meal during my visit, and anyone working in healthcare knows how important quality meals are in a facility setting. It’s clear they take pride in every aspect of resident care and comfort. I appreciate the partnership and the dedication their team shows each day.

The team provided exceptional care for my mom in their Legacy memory care neighborhood. My dad deeply appreciated the kindness and support they showed, and he continues to visit the staff. It’s a community that genuinely feels like family.

If I could give this place a zero, I would. In March of 2026, my dad was placed into this facility. It was no secret that my dad had issues and had been taking medications for quitting smoking that was heavily documented and the documentation was given to this facility. At some point during the stay, my dad was given a razor (my dad had a full length beard that he was very proud of). My dad dismembered the razor and used the blade to cut his wrists. He died from that injury. I’ll now be spending Father’s Day weekend looking for a place to spread some of his ashes.

ST. Mary's is a place I would never recommend sending your loved ones to live out the rest of there life. My brother just passed a couple of weeks ago from ST. Mary's they would tell us before he passed that Jimmy was like family and how much they loved him. The staff member there ask us to let them know when his funeral would take place and we told them after it was all arranged. Not one of them showed up for Jimmy's funeral not one, but the People from CARES showed up with tears in there eyes these are the people that truly cared about Jimmy and loved him. My wicked HALF sister took him out of there care not for what would be better for him but because she hated a couple of the management staff. and a year later he's dead from what we believe was the worst care he ever received. Even the people from Shineon showed up 5 of them and expressed how much they loved Jimmy. Please pick carefully where you put your loved ones to live out their remaining life. I will say there was a few at ST. Mary's that cared about Jimmy but when none of them showed up at his funeral spoke values to us. Bruce Lawson
