Overview
Digby Place provides thoughtful, compassionate care in a warm Assisted Living community. We develop individual care plans to meet the needs of each resident. Onsite caregivers and our Director of Health are available 24 hours a day to provide clinical oversight and coordination of care.
We offer a variety of activities, such as arts and crafts, bingo, exercise classes, educational seminars, card and board games to help our residents flourish. We enjoy outings to the local senior center, shopping and dining. We strive to offer exceptional Assisted Living in Lafayette, to ensure our residents have the care and attention they deserve.

My kids enjoy every bit of there Easter hunt today with their mother at work it was perfect everybody was pleasant and it was a great environment just loved it

My mother joined this community in October of this year . The staff is amazing and my mother has made so many new friends . I appreciate all they do for not only my mother but for our family as well .

Digby place is a wonderful place ! They are all very caring and compassionate people! We placed our mother here after she had several falls while living with us. It was a very difficult decision. Once she was there the staff went above and beyond to make her comfortable and happy. They spent time talking to her and showed great care. She was not the easiest person to please but they never stopped trying. She had many medical problems and eventually was placed in hospice at Digby. The staff were very attentive and took wonderful care of her. They got her up and brought her out to the dining room and common room so she could have interactions with other residents and staff. When she could no longer get around or move herself in bed they made sure she was turned every 2 hours around the clock. They made sure she was comfortable and clean. The day she passed away one of the staff, Chloe, painted her nails. She knew how much she enjoyed having her nails done. Thank you to all the nurses, assistants, support staff, & the administrators! Everyone was amazing! They take great care of their residents and the building! It is very clean! You will not find an assisted living facility better than this one! We are grateful to have had such a wonderful place for our loved one! Gratefully, The Fleming Family
