I rented a one bedroom apartment and just loved it. The rooms were spacious and it was a terrific layout. Housekeeping was very accommodating to my sleep schedule (I’m a night owl, so tend to sleep late), and they did a wonderful job every two weeks. The food varied quite a bit and the chef was very open to suggestions. I didn’t take advantage of all the social activities, but that was mostly because I tended to sleep in most days. All of the residents I met were friendly and willing to share their life experiences. It was great having a parking garage, an indoor pool, and on-site physical therapy. The staff? Oh my! You couldn’t ask for nicer people. I just loved St. Andrews and enthusiastically recommend it!

My mother in law decided on St Andrews independent living when she moved to Colorado 4 years ago. She enjoyed the wide variety of activities and outings that they provide and we appreciated their safety measures and conveniences. Since she didn’t drive, we were glad she could just go downstairs to get her nails and hair done and go on the scheduled grocery shopping trips. She especially loved the concerts, happy hours and excursions to places like the. Wild Animal Sanctuary, Denver Botanic Gardens, Barr Lake and many more. From a safety perspective, they always called to check in if she was late getting up or if we couldn’t reach her for some reason. When she had medical issues they called 911 to get her to the hospital. There was always someone at the front desk to help if she had questions or issues. So while we appreciated all the services they provided, it was during her final weeks of life that we realized how extraordinary the St.Andrews staff was. She had emergency surgery and they helped to ensure that she could go to the (connected) skilled nursing facility for rehab. We were able to wheelchair her up to her apartment during her rehab for visits to her cat, and several of the staff members that she had grown close to came to visit her. They were as sad as we were when she passed away. They asked us if they could host a Celebration of Life for her and worked hard to make it a memorable day for us. They were also terrific working with us as we cleared out her apartment, suggesting services that could help, ensuring a prorated rent for that last month and supporting us throughout that process. I can understand why people may think St. Andrews is expensive but for us it was worth every penny. The staff knows everyone by name, knows their interests and really cares about them. They listen to the needs of the residents and adapt as much as they are able to ensure these are addressed. We highly recommend them.

St Andrew's Village is a beautiful warm and caring community. They have very professional, supportive and friendly staff. Their creative workshops, educational and wellness programs as well as group activities create engagement and meaningful experiences for the residents. It is definitely a great place to call home.

St. Andrews Village is an established community offering a fantastic and positive experience in independent and assisted living. I am always confident in referring my clients and families to St. Andrews Village. An added bonus for families is the skilled rehab that is available should their loved one need additional rehab after a hospital stay.
