August 2026 Wonderful Staff. Beth very professional and responds promptly to all questions and concerns. Rusty also keeps us all in working order with quick repairs, and outdoor concerns. Trust worthy and competent. The grounds are beautiful and the residents are very special. Lots of brain games and social activities. People look out for one another like true neighbors. Denise Ingram

My grandmother recently relocated to this location (55+ age apartments) and has loved living here since the moment she set foot on the tour. She loves the area, the maintenance people, it's clean, and she has met new friends. For someone who was unfamiliar to the area, the staff and residents make her feel as if she has lived her for ages! Another plus, is she lives close to more family, which is important to her. The apartments, the complex, and the walking paths are maintained well, there is a dog park for you to come and hang out with your dog in, there is a gazebo, game nights, a movie night several days a week. This place certainly is a good place to live!

Great place to live. It’s a friendly neighborhood with a gym, gathering room, resident driven activities including exercise classes. Close to medical and emergency services, shopping and parks! It’s all here in the Springwood Neighborhood!
