My grandmother recently relocated to this location (55+ age apartments) and has loved living here since the moment she set foot on the tour. She loves the area, the maintenance people, it's clean, and she has met new friends. For someone who was unfamiliar to the area, the staff and residents make her feel as if she has lived her for ages! Another plus, is she lives close to more family, which is important to her. The apartments, the complex, and the walking paths are maintained well, there is a dog park for you to come and hang out with your dog in, there is a gazebo, game nights, a movie night several days a week. This place certainly is a good place to live!

My parents live in these apartments and it is a terrible place. Management is impossible to reach. There is no communication to residents when there are significant problems (such as a robbery in the community room) The property manager has a revolving door and changes almost monthly. When they are in between management the a satellite person fills in a "few days" a week. The cable and wifi connections work sporadic at and it took over two years to fix a connection problem with wow. The maintenance man is incredible and is the only asset to this property. For the amount you pay in rent, you can find a much nicer place with much better amenities

TV reception is horrible! No other choices, please? Even local channels are pixilated, and NO SIGNAL is a popular response. All company people and guests are just wonderful.... If my business and sports husband was alive......he would have us packed and moved!

My mother is a resident, and she reports that the maintenance man is very knowledgeable, prompt, polite and he gets the job done. He is very much appreciated!
