Monique answered all of our questions, and gave us a comprehensive tour. The facility is well kept, and the rooms we were interested in were appealing. The amenities matched our interests, especially the free golf and the extensive walking paths.

Lesa was the super person that provided us all the information on SpringRidge. She was personable, knowledgeable and friendly. Took us on a tour which ended with lunch. The facility is in a beautiful neighborhood with trees and lots of walking area. The facility is well maintained and inviting. Lots of amenities and activities available. Food was excellent and dining area made you feel you were at a fine dining restaurant. All people we encountered from staff to residents were friendly. This is a lovely facility.

This is a beautiful community with many amenities and a great staff. The surroundings are lovely and the apartments are wonderful. The residents appear to be very happy and involved. I was very impressed.

We have the most fun adventures at SpringRidge at Charbonneau. Our fantastic event manager, Michelle Watts, set up an overnight at the beach. We shopped and ate at Cannon Beach and stayed at a lovely hotel in SeaSide. We had a wonderful time, the weather was great, and we can't wait to do it again!!
