Our SpringRidge visit was a super nice one. The staff was very friendly. The benefits this place offers are impressive. It covers so many expenses in just one monthly rate. It will be one of the places on the very top of our list when we decide to move to independent living.

Chantelle is very friendly and knowledgeable of all the facilities and provided us a great overview of what Charbonneau has to offer, both for independent and assisted living. She answered all of our questions about activities, levels of care, and what to expect when moving into a retirement community. The facility was well maintained and had a lot to offer.

Very pretty place, the apartment size is a change from a home. The 2 bedrooms & 2 bath is very nice. We saw 2, 2 bedrooms & 2 bath. Both had a nice layout. Katy, is very, very good at her job!! She made us feel welcomed. In fact she had a sign posted welcoming us by name. A very nice touch!! Charbonneau was our 1st independent living to look at. It has sit the standards very high for other independent living.

Kate Townsend graciously gave me a wonderful tour and lots of information. I enjoyed meeting Kate. However I am just beginning to investigate places to go live when I get to the point that I am ready to give up my homes. I will be visiting your place in Sun City West AZ when I get back to Surprise AZ in October.
