Life Plan/CCRCs
Also referred to as Life Plan Communities, these communities offer a comprehensive continuum of care for residents. CCRCs offer multiple levels of care, allowing seniors to transition between independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing care as their needs change throughout their aging journey.
Independent Living
Designed to help older adults who want to maintain an active and independent lifestyle, these communities offer services and amenities that cater to residents’ needs, while encouraging a sense of community and freedom from the responsibilities of owning a home.
Assisted Living
A living option for seniors or individuals who require assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, or medication management while maintaining a level of independence. Memory Care
