    Andrea Stewart and her team at Balfour are remarkable; starting from scratch they have developed a welcoming atmosphere as this new CCRC is built from the bottom up. The policies and plans are outstanding and offer a multitude of great opportunities to attract new residents to this great spot. Great job, Andrea
