Michelle is so knowledgeable and helpful, going the extra mile to ensure that each person she comes in contact with has resources available to help each resident move in to their new home with the love and care they deserve. Michele is a god send. She understands that people calling her are in a time of crisis - and she’s beyond helpful. I called on a day when I was stretched thin empirically - and her kindness tuned my whole day around. I told her that she is a unicorn - someone extremely rare with a passionate and kind heart!!!! My mom loves Dominion. The staff is amazing! Lots of activities, trips out of the facility and great therapy services. Highly recommend this facility. All residents are treated with respect. The encourage family involvement and have great family nights often.
