Spring Arbor of Sevierville

My husband and I showed up without an appointment after making appointments with other assisted living facilities. The reviews looked good so we decided to check it out. It was such a wonderful experience and I can't say enough about everyone we met. The whole concept is so extraordinary such as making each person feel like a family, lots of activities and really putting the patients first. Deb was our first contact and she was so helpful, explaining everything and arranging a tour. Then Michele came in and we were sold. She was so warm and welcoming and really wanted to make our experience an excellent one. Garret and Amie completed our opinion that this was the place. Can't wait until move in day with my mother in law. I believe she will thrive in this environment. Thank you everyone!!

Michelle is kind, compassionate, and very knowledgeable! She makes you feel welcome and supported and has genuine care for the residents at Spring Arbor. The community itself is beautiful and it’s very clear that Michelle takes pride in helping families find the right fit for their loved ones. It is a pleasure working with Michelle!

Wonderful and Caring Facility. Michelle is so knowledgeable and helpful, going the extra mile to ensure that each person she comes in contact with has resources available to help each resident move in to their new home with the love and care they deserve. Michele is a god send. She understands that people calling her are in a time of crisis - and she’s beyond helpful. I called on a day when I was stretched thin empirically - and her kindness tuned my whole day around. I told her that she is a unicorn - someone extremely rare with a passionate and kind heart!!!!
