Charter has been absolutely wonderful. It is always clean and the staff (and even the residents) are very friendly. My mom is in their memory care unit and April and her team have done an amazing job with her. It was a rough transition for her moving in but within a week or so she was thriving and has been doing great ever since. No regrets at all about choosing Charter! I’d definitely recommend it for anyone else who needs a place for a loved one!

This facility has been amazing and so welcoming from the time you enter the doors! All of the staff and caregivers go above and beyond for the residents and nursing always providing a listening ear for any concerns. The residents are very welcoming when visitors enter the building and very eager to help!

What an amazing ALF. The sales director goes above and beyond. She is amazing and all the residents love her!! This is not a facility it is a home and everyone is family! The staff goes overboard to make you feel welcome.
