My dad has been in this facility since late 2022. From the very beginning we as his family have felt like this was the right place for our dad. The director Jackie Smith and her staff work very hard to make sure “all” the residents needs are met to the very best of their ability. My dad is 97 and in the personal care/ assisted living part of their care. The respect and kindness as they meet his needs warrant the five star review I give them. They do many activities for residents and their families. As one example the Florence Ky Memorial Day parade was yesterday. We and our relatives participated in that parade. That my friends takes a lot of preparation and work to pull off successfully with the considerations they have to take into account for each resident. They made sure that each resident was dressed and all their needs met so they looked a felt their best. My dad going over to the starting point was dressed in his favorite shirt and tie( pictured added below). They know that he favors that outfit. He is retired pastor and much of his professional life he dressed that way. He says to me, “ this is my favorite tie and it makes me feel good when I ware it”. That says a lot to the attentiveness of the folks a Spring Arbor. I could go on and on about the positives and how the aids, nurses, food prep, activities folks even the maintenance folks and how they watch out for our dad and the other residents throughout the facility. I have written several reviews and I always add that no place; I don’t care how much money it cost and the amount of services offered is immune to issues from time to time. But what defines them is not the issues that come up it is how they handle them! How the communicate about them and how quickly they respond to resolve the problem. Jackie and her folks do this with extreme timeliness, respect and professionalism! That my friends is the difference in my mind when it comes to not if but when issues arise no mater the senior facility. No place for any of us will ever be like our homes. But when that time comes to make that transition I can’t say enough about the folks at Spring Arbor. I encourage you that if that time is growing near for the very hard decision to make this giant life changing event, reach out to the folks at Spring Arbor and take a tour. Meet the Community Director Corrie Silvers she is amazing and will with no pressure walk you through the process and give you a tour and, answer every question you and your family will have! They are truly wonderful caring folks that have your relatives best interest and care at heart. Again I give them a five star rating for very good reason. Thanks, Parker Barbour

I do therapy dog visits there every Tuesday and every employee there is kind, thoughtful and caring. From the nurses to maintenance staff. I have been doing this for at least three years and have never met anyone not loving and caring. The staff that does the activities for the residents are smart and original as well as professional. Gabby thinks that Riley hung the moon. It’s these type of people that love their jobs as well as the residents that make this place so special. I would recommend this facility to everyone that needed this kind of care.

Every time I’ve visited Spring Arbor of Florence, I’ve been struck by how warm and welcoming it feels. The staff is always friendly, involved, and caring, and you can tell they truly love and care about the residents. I’ve had such positive interactions with both the staff and residents, and there’s a real sense of connection and community there. They also put so much effort into planning amazing events and activities for their residents and their families, both within and outside of the Spring Arbor community. Residents have opportunities to stay active, engaged, and connected through a wide variety of programs, outings, and community engagement initiatives. Spring Arbor regularly partners with local schools and businesses, creating meaningful intergenerational experiences and opportunities for residents to remain involved in the broader community. It’s a place filled with kindness, compassion, and people who truly care. The vibrant atmosphere, strong sense of community, and dedication of the staff make it a truly special place.

Our mom has been a resident of Spring Arbor, previously Dominion Senior Living, for over 6 years. I have been very happy with the level of care mom has received and continues to receive each day. We really appreciate the activities they have to keep mom engaged socially with the other residents. Especially the in house church services and the outside trips to local restaurants. The staff and nurse/medical care are very good. I would recommend Spring Arbor to any family in need of assisted living.
