Great care was taken of my parents! Can't say enough good things. So many activities and they stop by and reminded them to come! Many staff were at my Dad's funeral after sudden heart attack. Communication was great too.

We are very pleased with Spring Arbor. My mom has a one bedroom. The rooms are large enough for almost all her furniture. This has made it really feel like home. The bathroom is very large as well. The staff is very polite and friendly. They know everyone's name! They serve 3 meals a day with choices at each meal. There is a kitchenette area in the apartment with a sink, refrigerator, microwave and cabinet space. Nurses are on duty 24/7 and manage all medications. Family members are always welcome and there are many special activities for families to attend (Easter activities, Kentucky Derby party, Mother's Day tea, etc. ). The residents have an outing once a month to a local restaurant, transportation provided. There are also many activities: exercise, walks, bingo, movies, etc. Spring Arbor has a lot to offer for assisted living residents.

My mother has been a resident of Spring Arbor of Crofton for over 3 years, and my family has never second-guessed this decision. She has always received exceptional care by professional, competent, and compassionate staff. The director, Ginger Martin, and her staff do an excellent job of creating a safe, loving and attentive environment for all residents. They treat each resident and their family with care and respect. We consider them our extended family. There are numerous daily activities led by engaging and fun staff to keep loved ones physically, socially, and intellectually stimulated. The facility and resident apartments are kept clean and well maintained. I have recommended Spring Arbor of Crofton to several other families and they too have been extremely pleased with the care their loved ones are receiving.

Spring Arbor of Crofton is an incredible place. The love and care that I’ve seen given to residents and their families goes above and beyond what I could ever imagine. My family just attended the Trick-or-Treating event and it was so sweet how they welcomed the community. It was heart warming to see so many families gathered with their loved ones from both the assisted living and memory care sides. I was also amazed to see how the staff works together. They are like a dream team all pitching in from set up to clean up. I am continually amazed at how incredible spring arbor is and what a gem this place is to our family and community!
