My experience with Arbor Terrace Waugh Chapel and Lisa was absolutely wonderful. The community is beautiful, clean, and welcoming, but what truly stands out is the staff. Everyone is compassionate, attentive, and genuinely cares about the residents and their families. Karyn and the entire team went above and beyond to make my tour not only informative but genuinely uplifting. Their kindness, professionalism, and deep passion for what they do were evident in every interaction. I was allowed to walk through the community, whilst the team answered every question patiently and sincerely. Karyn painted a clear picture of a vibrant, engaging, and full of thoughtful touches that make Arbor Terrace residents feel truly at home. Lest I forget, the environment itself is beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully designed, but it was the people who made the biggest impression. There’s a sense of true love, connection, and care that you can’t fake. We recently moved our father into Arbor Terrace. The place is modern, bright and clean. He loves the food which speaks volumes as he was a gourmet cook. We worked closely with Nicola to get him moved from South Carolina where he was miserable in assisted living and rehab for injuries from a fall. Nicola kept in contact regularly, worked closely with the staff in South Carolina, gave us hope that things would be better, and guided us each step along the way. The staff have been attentive to his needs, and the care plan they put together for him is perfect. They have events throughout the week, shopping trips for those interested, religious services, exercise activities, and more. Today he told me he loves it there and feels like he is home.

I have toured Arbor Terrace a few times and have been especially pleased by the warm welcome of staff. Each time I visit, residents appear to be engaged in conversation or activity. These things are important to me since I have constituents who seek information on communities. Arbor Terrace is a community I am happy to share with them!
