DONT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE....This place is ridiculous and you people should be ashamed of yourselves no one ever answers the phone or calls me back and you guys are neglecting all those elderly people there. You guys are shoving pills down my dad's throat who just wants to talk to his kids and have some type of communication with the outside world you guys treat them like they are inmates. Why can't he use the phone ever?? and why isn't his phone getting paid for!?. Every time I come there you have different employees working. What does that say.You have plenty of discrepancies that I saw and documented last week when I was there. I will be going to the bbb and human services and the local news stations . And it's not a threat you all will be shut down when I'm through. ,,

My family member has been here for a few years. In that time, ownership has changed and since, the management team seems to change every 6-13 months. Unfortunately, it never seems to be for the better. The most recent team seems to never be onsite. Nobody answers the phone anymore, even during business hours. I don't even think there's even a voicemail box. The only way to communicate is via email so I have no idea who these people are. I'm not even sure if they know who my family member is, other than the name. Very disappointing. God forbid there's an emergency. It's not like you can just rehome/move elderly people with medical conditions. If it was that easy, I would have definitely moved my loved one by now.

My mother was in the care of Comfort Residence of Blaine for over 5-1/2 years, first in assisted living for a short time, then in the memory care unit. In all that time my family got to know many of the staff including the nurses, volunteers and Trish Martinson in the office. We couldn't have asked for more caring and compassionate people. They were truly a gift sent to us when we needed them. I would recommend Comfort Residence of Blaine to whomever has a need for care of their loved ones.

Toured the assisted living with Trish and she was so warm and welcoming. There are some beautiful updates they are making and the residents all seemed to be very happy there. It's a small community, so they receive more personal care with the dedicated staff.
