I'm so very grateful for Sonata and everything they have done so far for my mother, Donna. Life has been very hard this past year for our family, especially for my mom. Her transition into memory care was not easy as she is a very strong, independent woman. Prior to Sonata Memory Care, my mom went to two other programs where unfortunately the transition was not successful because of her behavior and their lack of structure. My mom has now been at Sonata Memory Care for 4 months and I can see such an improvement already. Hilary and her team managed to get my mom to follow a daily routine, when no one could before. I strongly believe that along with the proper medication and medical care, the structure and daily routine has improved my mom’s overall health and well being. My mom is finally getting the care she deserves and this is such a relief and makes me so happy! Hilary and the staff are just wonderful! I visit the facility a few times a week and without a doubt, I see all of their hard work and love. It's obvious that Hilary and the staff care about every single resident and love what they do. My aunt moved into Sonata from another memory care facility earlier this year. Without question, Sonata has one of the best memory care facilities in the county. The staff truly makes a difference. They tend and care for each resident like family members. The place is so clean and well appointed, it never smells medicinal or strange. It feels like a nice welcoming house and not a memory care. They stay on top of communicating about any issues with residents, for which I am so grateful. They just had a wonderful Thanksgiving Celebration for residents and family members. It was just so special. We are happy to have found this hidden gem.

A Safe, Caring, and Supportive Memory Care Community The Sonata Memory Care unit in Coconut Creek has truly been a blessing for our family. They care for our father with genuine kindness, patience, respect, compassion, and professionalism. From the moment he arrived, the staff took time to understand him as an individual—his routines, preferences, and what brings him comfort. They listen attentively and adjust his care as his needs evolve. Communication with families is open and supportive. We are consistently updated about his health, daily activities, and any changes in his needs. They have skillfully guided us through every step of the process, and there is always someone available to answer questions and help ease us through the journey. The community is clean, well-organized, and filled with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The daily activities are thoughtfully planned and engaging, helping our father stay active and connected. Knowing our father is in such capable, caring hands gives our family true peace of mind.

My mom has been living at Sonata's memory care center since March 2025. She is very content there and is always happy when I visit. The facility is small, clean, and the food great. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. I am so happy to have found such a wonderful place for my mom!
