Don’t ever allow your loved one to stay here ever! The food was awful, the remodel made the place feel, and look worse. It use to feel warm and cozy until they did a modern remodel that made the residence feel stressed and worse off. They have changed ownership and their name so many times I’ve lost count. When we moved out and were due a refund and promised the funds back in 7-10 business days. I still haven’t received it. It’s been 4 months now and again, still waiting for our full refund. Only excuses and the excuses change. No one ever follows back up with you. The last individual I finally spoke that finally followed up with a nice email and still says they are working it. Again. I was promised a refund check no later than August of 2025 and it’s now November. So frustrated They know how to take your money but won’t return it when due. I’ve only been polite and nice to the lies I’ve been told and still no money received back. Highly recommend not ever signing a lease here or staying here.

My close friend has lived here for a while. All the good staff have long since left. Leaving them with a terrible front office. The general manager is useless. The other office folk have no clue what they're doing. Waste of money retiring here. Better off going to friendsview

From the moment we arrived at this community and were welcomed in by Anandi, my dad felt as if he were “home”. Everyone we met on staff was kind and gracious and by the time our tour was completed, Dad was ready to move in. While the area itself is beautiful, charming and quiet, the community and residents - many of whom he already knew - have made Dad feel welcome and assured he made the right choice. Understanding staff changes are a common aspect of this and many industries, management here makes every effort to help residents feel at ease during any transition and Anandi continues to stand out in this regard. Dad loves his home and looks forward to enjoying many more years of active living at Solista Newberg. I was visiting during their October Fest. celebration and it was a delight seeing the workers even from the office laughing and joking around with people living there. They had snacks, music, and swag available for people to pick up and enjoy. The tiny beer mugs they made with jellybeans and marshmallows was a really creative touch.
