My mom was taking wonderful care of my father after his Alzheimer's diagnosis. She did a great job but it was too hard on her and neither my mom or my dad was living their best life. Since my dad has moved to Silverado he has a lot more "freedom" but is still safe and cared for. He is also a lot more active and social. The large outside patio is fantastic for the residents, like my father, that enjoy walking. Though my mother misses my father she can visit him anytime and have a meal with him without being his caregiver. I enjoy being able to visit my dad and eat meals with him and know that he is cared for. My siblings and I are very grateful that we found Silverado as it has helped my mom and dad's quality of life.

There are so many Services and places out there that finding the right memory care community for a loved one can feel overwhelming, but Silverado truly put our Clients family minds at ease. From the moment they first visited, the atmosphere felt warm, welcoming, and full of life. The staff, which some of are with Silverado for quite a few years, took the time to get to know the care recipient as a person—not just a resident—learning their story, routines, and preferences. The level of compassion and respect shown here is remarkable. Every team member we’ve met has gone above and beyond to create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment. What we appreciate most is the peace of mind Silverado has given our care recipient and his family, knowing after it was time to leave home there is another safe place to be. The family knows their loved one is not only safe and well cared for, but also valued, engaged, and surrounded by people who truly care. The program of mental, physical and other engagement at Silverado is second to none. We would highly recommend Silverado to other families looking for exceptional memory care.

I absolutely recommend Silverado for Alzheimer and Dementia patients. My aunt loved nature and the outdoors so the Silverado grounds were like home. The staff truly cares for their patients and treats everyone like family. They kept me updated on all changes and were very supportive and respectful throughout the duration of her care.
