My 39 year old son broke his hip and had surgery. After his hospital stay he needed additional rehab. He spent two weeks at Signature Pointe. All the staff were welcoming and made sure he felt comfortable. We arrived on a Friday afternoon and he was evaluated by PT on Saturday. All of his PT and OT sessions were time well spent and encouraged him to progress towards independence. Most of his requests were responded to in a timely matter. If the need ever arises again, when a family member required rehab, I would not hesitate to call Signature Pointe.

Could not recommend more!!! My father in law has had such a good experience, all of the staff are so helpful. Big shoutout to Heather, she has been so helpful answering all of my questions, making me feel 100% comfortable bringing him there. The therapy and service as a whole was excellent.

*NIGHTMARE**BEAR* I was there 18 months ago and still have nightmares.. it was so bad.. all of us would go to our rooms by 5:00 p.m. and put a door against it to warn us to expect some sort of torture when it opened.. I was there 3 weeks and the sheets were changed once, no towels in the bath, finally after 3 days I was given adult baby wipes, they never cleaned the room.. we'd all sit at dinner table to exchange horror stories.. the abuse would start at 3:00 a.m. and end around 7:00 when the normal staff came in.. their attitudes or basically the same it's not staff.. if you are stuck there be sure to have a family member check on you day and night everyday.. I'm serious someone could die in there and knock me down for hours.. The assisted living section is on main floor and must have completely different service than we did, I was on the second floor in skilled nursing. As I said this was well over 18 months ago and I still have nightmares from it.. Do not ever use this for skilled nursing.. I truly think you could die in there

As a family member of a resident, I’m very disappointed in the quality of care at this facility. The management seems unorganized, and many of the nurses and staff have unprofessional attitudes. Call lights are often ignored for long periods. Meals are often served much later than they should be, leaving residents hungry and uncomfortable. The cleanliness is also a major issue, there have been ants and roaches in the rooms. Staffing always appears short, and even when there are enough people on duty, they’re not attentive or helpful. Families deserve peace of mind knowing their loved ones are well cared for, but that’s not the case here. Honestly I do not recommend ill be transferring my mother to another facility.
