Shorehaven

I am so excited for my mom to be at Shorehaven!! Christina and Heather have been so wonderful and patient with us. And, we had the pleasure of having Amber showing us around. All of the residents are so friendly and welcoming!! And, it was comforting to hear that they all said they love it at Shorehaven & there is so much fun to experience. They told my mom to hurry up and move in! Shirley and Kim have been wonderful, too along with the dining staff. My mom loves the food, too! :-)

This living community is the just the place our family was looking for for our mother. From the first moment walking in, it felt like a home. Everyone was engaging and helpful. Christina L. and Heather were very open, kind, caring, and helpful with all aspects of what we wanted and needed for our mother to be included. Accommodations are amazing and staff is knowledgeable and understanding. Christina and Heather went above and beyond to make our family feel part of the community within minutes (and it wasn't a pitch- it was just how they are!) Thank you for making what could have been a scary, defeating milestone in my mom's journey, a very positive, exciting new adventure. We are ALL excited to join the Shorehaven Living Community.

Moving my father in here has been an amazing experience. From the moment I spoke with Kristina, weight instantly began to lift off of my shoulders. Transitioning your loved ones is hard, and she immediately honed in on the stress I was feeling. Once I met with her and she gave us the tour, we immediately knew this place would be my father’s home. When we shared the news Kristina and Heather literally told us we got it from here. Everything has been seamless. From the people living there with happy smiling faces to the employees going above and beyond to create a happy experience - this has been easiest and best decision I’ve made to date. I’m proud to say that MY dad is a resident here!! P.S. The food is also amazing here!

We are having such a positive experience with Shorehaven, we moved our Mom in last October and the feeling continues in to today. The moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and reassured. The Shorehaven staff are compassionate, attentive, and treat my mom with genuine kindness. They go out of their way to make sure she feels comfortable, safe, and engaged every day. They truly know each and every residents by name! Shorehaven is clean, well-maintained, and has a warm, home-like atmosphere. Any time Mom or any of us ask something be looked at, it is taken care of very timely. The activities are thoughtfully planned and have really helped my mom stay active and socially connected. She especially enjoys Bingo, Happy Hour and other games. The dining selections are numerous, with meals that are both nutritious, she seems to enjoy them very much. What matters most is knowing Mom is not only well cared for, but cared about. We are so grateful to the entire team and would highly recommend Shorehavem to anyone looking for a safe and loving place for their loved one.
