Shorehaven

Hello everyone and good day. I'd like to 1st start off by saying thank you to the entire team at Shorehaven for making me feel welcomed in your community. I have been searching for a place for my Mom & I've decided that this is the place for her. Ms. Christina made me feel like family from beginning to end. The tour was very nice as well as the staff. Any concerns that I had are no more. Ms. Christina along with Ms. Heather cleared all of my concerns during my visit. I love my Mom very much and have to make sure that she is in the best place for her peace of mind and my own. These ladies are wonderful and I'm so glad that I had the opportunity to tour this community. My Mom will be moving in very soon and I know that she's going to love her new home. Ms. Christina, thank you for answering all of my questions and for the kindness and respect you gave me. Ms. Heather the same. I look forward to seeing you ladies once my Mom has transitioned into her new home. Thank you so very much.

We are having such a positive experience with Shorehaven, we moved our Mom in last October and the feeling continues in to today. The moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and reassured. The Shorehaven staff are compassionate, attentive, and treat my mom with genuine kindness. They go out of their way to make sure she feels comfortable, safe, and engaged every day. They truly know each and every residents by name! Shorehaven is clean, well-maintained, and has a warm, home-like atmosphere. Any time Mom or any of us ask something be looked at, it is taken care of very timely. The activities are thoughtfully planned and have really helped my mom stay active and socially connected. She especially enjoys Bingo, Happy Hour and other games. The dining selections are numerous, with meals that are both nutritious, she seems to enjoy them very much. What matters most is knowing Mom is not only well cared for, but cared about. We are so grateful to the entire team and would highly recommend Shorehavem to anyone looking for a safe and loving place for their loved one. My mother was a resident of Shorehaven for approximately the last 8 years of her life. She moved in to the facility and made many new and wonderful friends. The facility is very caring for its residents, and the personal attention of the administrative staff to the welfare of the individual residents was a wonderful comfort to the rest of our family. They would have numerous social events that included both the residents and their families. During any times in which the family needed an extra check on the family member the staff was very accessible and more than willing to go the extra mile to accommodate any questions we had. The Executive Director makes herself very accessible is very visible to the residents of the facility. My mother and her family made a great choice of facilities when we chose Shorehaven. They care about their people.
