The community comprises 128 apartments for adults 55 and over — including studio apartments, one, two, and three-bedroom suites, and a variety of floor plans. Sherrill Hills Retirement is all-inclusive, providing five-star services on a month-to-month basis. A single monthly charge includes all services, utilities, phone, cable, and internet.
Spacious common areas feature a 150-seat state-of-the-art theater, library, billiards and game room, conversation areas with fireplaces, concierge lounge with bar, flat-screen TV, game tables, superb fitness and exercise room facilities, spa area, laundry facility, and business center.
Residents savor the variety found in an industry-first all-inclusive Freedom Dining Program. With three fresh chef-prepared meals daily, residents can choose from a variety of menu options and dining experiences with flexible hours. Coffee, juice, ice cream, and snacks are available all day. Weekly housekeeping service is provided, along with transportation to and from appointments and shopping trips.
Numerous planned activities, social events, and travel opportunities abound. Live-in managers and concierge and valet services are available 24/7, ensuring resident safety. Every resident receives an emergency alert pendant, guaranteeing peace of mind to friends and family that their loved ones are protected during emergencies.
Pets are warmly welcome at Sherrill Hills Retirement, with no additional pet deposit. A guest suite is available for residents’ family members to reserve for visits. A travel program whisks residents to any of Resort Lifestyle Communities’ other properties, where they can reserve a guest suite free for one week — meals included.
Fitness and wellness programs including aerobics, weight lifting, yoga, walking clubs, sittercises, and many more boost resident wellness. A beauty salon/barber shop is close on the property. I live at Sherrill Hills. I have lived here seven years. I enjoy being with other people who are also retired. I have therapy that I can receive without leaving the building. The therapists are great. I am safe here. If I need help or fall,I can call for help or push my alert button and the concierge will come running to check on me. . We have lots of parties.Sherrill Hills takes care of all of my needs. Holly and Nick Johnson keep it all organized.

The entire Staff does a wonderful job taking care of the feeding, entertaining, housekeeping, apartment and facility maintenance, and fostering opportunities for interacting together, for 160 hard of hearing, sometimes persnickety, and independently living older citizens! How everyone of them keeps such a positive attitude is a credit to the Managers, Nick and Holly. It’s a pleasure to live here!

We have lived here 3.5 years and still love it as much as ever. I'm a very social person and I am busy all day with activities headed up by Bridgett our social director. She thinks up great activities to keep our minds and bodies active. She's always open to trying suggestions. Our food is delicious and the people are friendly and helpful 😋 Unfortunately we have visited other RLC communities and even though they have lots of activities listed on the daily activity sheet when you get there no one is there and nothing is going on.

The entire staff works very diligently to see that all needs of the residents are met. It’s impossible to please 160 older adults all of the time, but they do an excellent job.
