Sheldon Oaks is such a great place! My aunt has been there for over two years, and her experiences continually get better. The new director, Ruth, seems to be taking the facility to the next level with regards to physical improvements, staff training, and receiving resident feedback. She also did a great thing by promoting Liz Alexander, who everyone adores.

I never leave reviews, I’m pretty sure this is my first one on this account but Sheldon Oaks deserves one. My grandmother lives there and absolutely loves it. She’s more social now than I am! The place is warm, welcoming, and feels more like a community than a care facility. Big shoutout to Brianna, the office manager, who’s basically the glue that keeps everything running smoothly. She’s incredible. If you’re looking for a place where your loved one will be happy and well cared for, this is it. I can’t recommend this place enough. 🙌🏻🙌🏻

I came down to visit my uncle who’s been staying here for a little while now and I have to say. The team running this establishment is TOP NOTCH. I was extremely pleased with everything they did. The apartment is nice and well taken care of! I would like to send an extra thanks to the current office manager Brianna. She went out of her way to accommodate my uncle when it wasn’t her issue to begin with and we were extremely thankful and appreciative of everything she’s done for him and continues to do. Kudos to you Brianna! Keep up the good work! 10/10 Establishment!

We moved my mom here a few months ago and she is loving it. I've met with several members of the staff when I visit her, they have been so nice. Brianna has been especially helpful. She is an absolute joy, very accommodating and gets whatever we need. You can tell she really cares about the residents and loves her job.
