I’ve been very happy with my dad’s experience here so far. The staff is wonderful. Everyone we’ve encountered has been friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind. The facility itself is really nice and very clean, and his room has everything he needs to be comfortable. There are also lots of activities available, which has been great for keeping him engaged and involved. The food is honestly good, I know this firsthand because I’ve been joining him for lunch. Overall, it’s been a very positive experience, and we feel good knowing he’s well cared for.

As a senior living advisor in the Eugene-Springfield area, I had the opportunity to place many of my clients at Merrill Gardens. Deciding to move from home into a senior care community is not easy. It is both a physical and an emotional change, and it can be overwhelming and stressful. My husband and I have been at Merrill Gardens now for about a month and are very pleased with the accommodations, the service and care from the staff. All are friendly and respond immediately to any question or concern that might arise. It has been an adjustment but made easy by those in charge. We are pleased to have chosen Merrill Gardens over other facilities we had toured.

Merrill Gardens is a very nice facility.....clean, light and bright. The courtyard and layout of the building allows residents in memory care to wander about quite freely. The best thing of all about the place, though, is the atmosphere created by the the staff. It is one of kindness and caring and they are experts at diffusing difficult situations and listening.
