Seven Lakes Memory Care

My mother was placed at Seven Lakes based on an immediate love for this warm environment. Having a tour from Kim on my first visit, lived up to every first impression felt. Thank you Kim. My first encounter with the tour, said truth to all of Kim's words of comfort and invitation. Staffing are like family and knowledge from all were cloaked in skills and understanding of the dementia process. Kim introduced staff as family, on day one visit. Meeting so many smiling faces that day from maintenance to hairdresser, Jody, and meeting the great front desk greeters, Katie and Carol,. They were all a welcome of comfort with feelings of coming to a family home. Staff compassion is always there. Amazing giving of love,care and ready to serve to all by individual needs and personalities. Thank you all. Smiles, warmth and care, were felt from the first visit and seen daily as our choice to have mom live there was exactly the place. My mom was coming from her home of 73 years and making a transition,which stressed myself and our family more than mom. My mom adapted soon and the staff were reassurring and assistive to her and myself in that initial phase of moving in. Immediate comfort from all staff as she enjoyed her new room, stimulation and felt love given. This was true from the beginning. Leslie, medical nurse on staff and Meghan, director were new after mom arrived ,and joined in with the same compassion and assistance. Thanks to them for over and beyond time given as seen with many hats they served with and their time given to all family staff and needs. I visited my mom daily and the greetings and updated information about what was going on in the home made me feel like I was visiting a family home. Thank you Katie and Carol for your smiles, assist, cookies, and daily direction to keep up with Seven Lakes activities and stimulation. Wonderful choices made for musicians, exercise trainers, and a great hairdresser,Jody. Activity assistant activities adds to the closeness felt at Seven Lakes. My questions for my mom's needs are always addressed, discussed and an immediate troubleshooting given by staff or director. The activity directors,Carrie,and others encouraged mom everyday. Awesome efforts of preparation and delivery. The stimulation is fantastic and delivered with love for all participating at whatever level they could engage. My mother had more smiles, felt at home with and we all have felt Seven Lakes as our family friends.

Seven Lakes has been a great place for my father to receive care as he advances with his Alzheimers. The staff is very caring and patient while doing a very hard job. This has to be one of the hardest jobs to perform and I am thankful you are there everyday doing this job. Thank you for being my dad's final home here on earth and seeing to all his needs.

We have recently moved my mother into Seven Lakes Memory care in Loveland. We only had a few days to look since my father fell at home and fractured his neck and had to be admitted to the hospital. Kate from Care Patrol recommended a few places with availability and after visiting we selected Seven Lakes for many reasons. Cleanliness, awesome executive staff, Director of first impressions the receptionist who is awesome. We got everything set up in a few days and after mom was released from the hospital and admitted directly into Seven Lakes everything went well. We had a few hiccups not of there doing with medication, but rather a miscommunication from the hospital, but that was quickly corrected, and we are on our way now. Every staff member, nurse and support staff have been awesome, and we couldn't have done this so quick without them and Kate from Care Patrol. Kim and Diane have been fantastic on executive side of the facility and are there whenever you need them. Highly Recommended!!!

The staff at Seven Lakes Memory Care show respect and compassion every day they care for our family member. They have the training to work with the personal needs of our loved one. We are grateful for the care they are providing our family.
