Affinity at Loveland

Three years ago, our family made the decision to move our parents to Affinity at Loveland. From day one, this community has exceeded every expectation, and we couldn’t be more grateful. The amenities are truly impressive. The indoor heated saltwater pool and hot tub, fitness center, pickleball court, dog park, and community garden are highlights, especially for people who no longer drive. There’s even a movie theater, a game room, and a pub for socializing. The activities and social calendar are fantastic. The activity center hosts community groups, chair yoga, fitness programs, dances, live music, and regularly scheduled happy hours. There is always something going on, and our parents made wonderful friends here. What truly sets Affinity apart is the staff. They are warm, responsive, and genuinely care about every resident. Any maintenance issues have been fixed quickly and professionally, and the team always goes above and beyond to make residents feel at home. The facility itself is beautiful. Clean and extremely safe and secure. The common areas are spacious and inviting, and the whole place is very well-maintained. If you’re considering Affinity at Loveland for you or someone you love, don’t hesitate. It truly is a community unlike any other.

About 5 years ago, my parents expressed an interest in moving to Colorado to be closer to family. We visited Affinity at Loveland and were drawn to all they had to offer. Two years later they made the move, and we couldn’t be more excited about that decision. The facility itself is so conducive to simplified living with trash chutes on each floor, elevators, and having everything under one roof. The exception is a separate building that houses an indoor pool, hot tub, exercise room (great for physical therapy), and a wood shop. And surrounding the pool building is a covered patio and outdoor kitchen for cookouts, as well as a fire pit and pickleball court. For those with furry companions, Affinity is pet-friendly and includes a fenced play area. If you’ve got a green thumb, there are planter beds for those who enjoy gardening. And for those loving to get some fresh air outdoors, there is also a sidewalk surrounding the perimeter of the property to walk as many laps as you’d like. One thing that really sets Affinity apart is the focus on community. This is fostered by resident-led engagement as well as events sponsored by the management team at the facility. While there is an abundance of activities to participate in, if you would like to lead a new group or introduce an activity, that is always encouraged. The sense of inclusion for those of all abilities and interests is outstanding. Affinity is also conveniently located near a grocery store, gas station, restaurants, and more within the same city block. For those still driving that don’t want to deal with a lot of traffic, or those that like to walk to the store, this is a huge convenience factor. I highly recommend Affinity of Loveland to anyone looking for that next move in life – you won’t be disappointed.

Broker washer and dryer-Kitchen floors that are sinking- Fire alarms broken complaint many times-Not ADA compliant-. This is a retirement home and only one grab-bar in bathroom. I paid to have one installed and I was charged two hundred dollars when I moved out to remove it by Affinity. Dog pee in elevator many times and didn't get cleaned for a week sometimes. Dog poop on sidewalks. Exit and entrance doors not handicap. These were hallway doors that lead out and in of the building. Third floor very warm in common areas in Summer. Refrigerator falling apart. This building is many year old and needs new appliances. No ice makers. Hot water was always non-existent. Last Thanksgiving the whole building had no Hot water for three days. Management didn't even show up to keep the tenants aware of repairs if any.

My Mom & Dad moved in here March 2024 and it’s been fantastic. Chris and Hayley are always responsive, friendly and helpful. Any maintenance issues have been fixed quickly and professionally. The 2br 1.5 bathroom is perfect for them and the balcony is a nice bonus. The neighbors are all super friendly and fun too! So happy we found Affinity, it’s a great community. The only small thing is the second bedroom doesn’t have a/c but we’ll sort something out.
