Seven Hills Senior Living

Seven Hills is such a welcoming and uplifting community here in St. Paul, and with so much charm!! The moment you walk through the doors, you can feel the warmth and genuine care that sets this assisted living apart. The staff are compassionate, attentive, and truly go the extra mile to make residents feel at home. You can just tell the residents truly love the staff! The building is bright, clean, modern, and full of life — from the friendly smiles at the front desk to the laughter during activities. Their chefs are fantastic- food is delicious, and there’s always something engaging for residents to do with live music, happy hours, socials, and plenty of holiday events. You can tell that the team here truly loves what they do and cares deeply about the people they serve. Seven Hills is a gem here in the Twin Cities — it’s everything you’d hope for in a senior living community: warm, caring, and full of life. Families can truly feel at ease knowing their loved one is in great hands here!

I'm so happy we found Seven Hills Senior Living! Management made the move-in process seamless, and whenever questions arise, they respond promptly and thoroughly. The staff is incredibly friendly, genuinely caring, and highly engaged. The building and rooms are clean and well maintained. Most importantly, I have peace of mind knowing my mom is safe and well cared for.

Love Seven Hills! My mother-in-law started living here with independent living, which is basically just renting an apartment with a few meals included, although you can always add more meals. Nearby is a coop grocery store, and many restaurants. Selby Avenue is becoming quite the hop place with all its restaurants! As she got older and needed more care, we started adding services and now she has the “assisted living” package where meals are included, the aides stop in several times a day to give her the medications she takes, and, best of all, they have a doctor who does house calls(!). This last option is called Bluestone, and they can even order lab tests done. There is also a memory care floor, which she would need if her dementia ever gets really bad. I realize that nothing is ever perfect, but whenever mom has any sort of complaint at all, everyone there listens and tries their best to solve any problems right away. It’s really great. :-) She can have a cat, which is pretty amazing, and we visit often with our dog. She has grown really close to several of the aides, and there’s an activities director that keeps everyone there busy. This is a million times better than when she lived alone in a house. Thank goodness for Seven Hills assisted living facility in St Paul!

If you are private pay, I would avoid. Told one thing to get you in and when the billing comes it is all different. You also have to have a 2 year commitment if you are private pay. So let’s hope your money doesn’t run out before then. Do not take packages they offer. If you can clean your apartment clean it, if you can do your own laundry do it, if you can make your own bed do it and God forbid you purchased equipment that is needed and a maintenance person needs to install it you get charged because they don’t Offer that.
