The staff at Serenades stood beside me and assisted me through one of the more difficult times of my life. As my father was declining, the nurses and staff made sure he was comfortable and kept his dignity until the end. Serenades has a monumental task of trying to keep families happy during the hardest of times. Obviously nothing will be perfect during these situations but they made it so much easier to deal with. Will forever be grateful

We brought my mother to this memory care facility on an emergency basis, and the staff was incredibly kind and responsive. The building is clean, bright, and welcoming, which made a stressful situation feel a little easier. They took great care of her right away and have given our family real peace of mind. Thank you to Serenades for taking care of my friend Gay and being such a great support system for her husband Steve. The progression of memory loss where one has to face challenges of putting the trust of the care into someone else’s hands is probably one of the most difficult and bravest challenges of a caregiver. Thank you very much for the leadership that made this transition for this family less heartbreaking than it could’ve been.

We are very grateful to the staff at Serenades at Longwood. They provide a safe, clean environment, lots of daily activities and kindness and empathy to for the residents. I cannot think of a better place for our mom. Thank you to everyone who works there!
