Not very friendly for health care workers. For a place that houses the elderly with dementia that don’t know how to buzz nurses in you have to figure out how to get inside of the building. The staff is unfriendly and will not let you in. Very sad if there is an emergency situation. I would like to add that they turn on the water sprinklers for the grass and don’t care where the water goes. All the water shoots into the entrance and pathway to the entrance. You have to get wet in order to come into the building. Not much thought goes into logistics at this facility. Again you house the elderly, maybe not have a wet pathway when your residents are high fall risks?

We scheduled an appointment to see this facility and we were glad to see that the building is great and very clean on t h e outside area of the building. Once my daughter went inside with her dad, we were greeted by Ms Jailean. She was super great. She gave us a tour of the facility. She answered all if our questions. She's an excellent people person and we were happy to receive her phone call, we she informed us that my daughter's dad got the apartment. Inside this facility is very clean , and a happy atmosphere. This is how every facility should function. 👍

I went in to this location for information for a family member. The building itself is very Clean and well kept. Everything in the lobby seems modern and up to date. At the front door there is a double door security system with remote access. The lady Milagros Rivera is top notch. She was very eager to help me and give me information to help look what I was looking for. I was super impressed by her service and knowledge. Thank you very much and please don't change a thing. 😎👍

Stay away if you value safety!!!! One of the residents entered my mother’s apartment and destroyed everything she owns. We were told that the individual would no longer be living there..... lies. Not only is he still living there but he’s also still taking advantage of my mother. $900 a month you’d think your parents would be safe, We’ll they won’t be.
