Senior Suites of Marquette Village

I spoke with a young lady today, her name was Sarah. She was very up lifting and helpful. I'm looking to take residence at this facility in the near future. I look forward to hearing from her in the weeks to come. Thank you so much.

Horrible !!!!! Should be ZERO stars in my opinion. My family moved a loved one here. It has been disappointing so far. The description of what this building has to offer for residents , has not proven to be true. After an infestation of pests , with a lack of coordination of extermination services, we are having second thoughts on continuing to allow our loved one to live here. The negative reviews of this building are all true. This building looks well from the outside, but is poorly managed with several concerning issues that need to be addressed. This includes certain staff !!! Update : The owner replied with a telephone number to discuss complaints. I think that is good. The response stated that this location is dedicated to providing exceptional senior services. There is nothing exceptional about this location . A building filled with vermin and pests is a health hazard and not exceptional.** I also wanted to add that the building allows smoking therefore residential units smell like cigarette smoke and Marijuana. My loved one does not smoke, but second hand smoke fills the apartment daily from other residents. By this being a senior building and a cancer health Hazzard, management was informed with no assistance. By far this is one of the worse , inconsistent and terribly managed senior buildings.

I have recently visited several senior living facilities and this one by far is the best. Senior suites of Marquette villages has The sweetest most caring staff. They were super friendly, understanding and helpful in every way! They listened and showed compassion. The facility was clean and well kept. Although my Love one don’t live there now; when space becomes available, I pray he’s able to experience senior living at this beautiful facility!

A family friend and a relative have 2 apartments here. Building manager very lazy and treats building like it is her home, but not good. Never exterminated, bed bugs everywhere. Not enough activities for Seniors. Nice building, just poorly ran.
