. Called 5/23 to pickup an application for my Grandmother. No one answered or returned my message. Yes, I even left a voicemail. I drove to the site 5/30 and no one answered the call box. After waiting in the vestibule for 10 minutes maintenance came and found someone I could speak to. She offered to show us a studio apartment however there’s still a wait ( granted)and they don’t have 1bedroom apartments here. Thank goodness for the maintenance guy or we would have never been serviced. Horrible customer service. Answer the phone and return messages in a promptly manner. That would have avoided a lot of issues.

From the outside it look great a person that use live there said it's great I hope to get a place when I go on Monday for my interview with Lord on my side I have Faith
